Responsibilities include but not limited to contacting customers prior to a service job or installation is started, assisting customers with questions regarding their scheduled work, ensure that service technicians receive all proper paperwork for a job, work closely with the Energy Advisors, monitor propane tank pickups are schedule timely, communicate with the propane or oil department on when deliveries can start after a tank install, update customer accounts and provide back up as needed to other areas in the Service Department.
