Primary responsibilities are to greet individuals, answer calls, and provide customer service at the main reception area; provide general administrative support to departments; light bookkeeping; data entry; oversee incoming/outgoing mail; develop/print daily menus; maintain/track meal orders; maintain outlook calendars; maintain resident contact lists; take minutes at monthly resident meetings; assemble marketing packet materials; mail prospective packets; proofread materials.

Multitasking and organizational skills are key to this role, as well as the ability to handle residents’ comments, questions, and complaints in a positive, helpful manner. We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role. Marketing experience desired but not required.
