BUILDINGS & GROUNDS ASSOCIATE Reports to: Foreman of Buildings and Grounds Location: Boothbay Railway Village Museum, Boothbay, Maine Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round. The Boothbay Railway Village Museum is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Buildings and Grounds Associate to help maintain the Museum’s historic buildings, grounds, and facilities. In this role, you will assist with a range of tasks, including building repairs, landscaping, snow removal, event setup, and custodial duties. The ideal candidate will be physically able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions, be comfortable using hand tools, small machinery and lawn equipment, and complete other duties as assigned. Experience in carpentry, general maintenance and landscaping is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Applicants should also be willing to work some weekends and during special events. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team are essential.
