The next Wiscasset Ocean on Tap, "How & why do we map the seafloor?" will be held on Friday, Feb. 6 at Ækeir Brewing, 111 Main St., Wiscasset.

Join Dr. Jesse Minor of the Department of Marine Resources Maine Coastal Mapping Initiative for a conversation about how seafloor data are collected and how habitat maps are created.

And, join us in Boothbay Harbor for its second anniversary Trivia Celebration on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. at Footbridge Brewery, 25 Granary Way, Boothbay Harbor. To celebrate, this trivia night will cover a variety of topics centered on the ocean, and highlighting topics that were discussed throughout the year.
