At 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, Wiscasset's school committee will hold a special meeting in Stover Auditorium (the Wiscasset Middle High School gymnasium) to share a presentation of the FY27 school budget, ahead of the 6 p.m. special town meeting, which is the school budget validation meeting. That meeting is also in the WMHS gym. The budget that comes out of the special town meeting goes on to an up or down vote at the polls in June.
