Executive Director

AIO seeks next Executive Director. The ED is the strategic and operational leader of the organization who serves as its public face to the community. The ED relies on a team of four full-time and two part-time employees plus 350 active volunteers. We seek candidates with: • Successful leadership experience • Preferably experience in a non-profit service organization • A deep commitment and passion for AIO’s mission is essential, along with a demonstrated capacity for community building and fundraising. • The successful candidate will be open to new ideas and flexible in adapting to changing community and human needs. • Salary range is $100,000-$130,000, based on qualifications and experience.
