The Lincoln County Republican Committee will be meeting on Saturday, Jan. 8 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Wiscasset Community Center, 242 Gardener Road (Route 27).

We will be collecting nomination signatures for Governor LePage and our other state candidates. Our featured speaker will address Maine's election integrity initiative. Ed Thelander, retired Navy Seal and candidate for Congressional District 1 and Abden Simmons, our candidate for Senate District 13 will also speak and both will be available for questions. We will be voting to authorize expenditures for the Helen Weston Scholarship Award and our Lincoln Day Event at the 1812 Farm in Bristol.  We will be discussing our upcoming town caucuses and the Town Caucus Packages will be available for distribution to town chairs.
