The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 235 calls for service for the period of 11/18/25 to 11/25/25, and Year to Date, LCSO has responded to 13123 calls for service.
Summons
Robert A. Breton, 31, of Whitefield was issued a summons Nov. 22 for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, on Juniper Lane, Whitefield, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Recent Arrests
On Nov. 18, Rodney R. Genthner, II, 40, of Friendship was arrested on a York County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Engaging in Activities while Suspended charge -Marine Patrol, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
On Nov. 21, Devon Kroesser, 28, of Somerville was arrested on two warrants out of Knox County for Violation of a Protection from Abuse Order, on Somerville Road, Somerville, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
On Nov. 23, Leo D. Sidelinger III, 70, of Bristol turned himself in on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Criminal Threatening and Reckless Conduct charge, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, where he was arrested by Sgt. Scott Hayden and turned over to jail staff without incident.
Recent Accidents
On Nov. 18, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Jefferson involving Melissa Thayer, 49, of Whitefield. Ms. Thayer was operating her 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander eastbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 21, an accident occurred on Alna Road in Alna involving Trevor R. Morin, 45, of Boothbay. Mr. Morin was operating his 2016 Dodge Ram 15 southbound when an unknown truck traveling the opposite direction crossed the center line and struck mirror to mirror with his vehicle, causing a broken driver’s side mirror and scratches to the glass on the driver’s door. Deputy Nathaniel Aronson was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 22, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Paige S. McLellan, 31, of Boothbay. Ms. McLellan was operating her 2023 Audi Q3 southbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing minor damage to the area of the front driver’s side fog light. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
On Nov. 22, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Gail K. Hanna, 70, of Bristol. Ms. Hanna was operating her 2018 Hyundai Sonata northbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. The deer collided with the front driver’s side corner and damaged the driver’s mirror and inflicted dents on the doors on the driver’s side. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
