Lincoln County Sheriff's Office: 3 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 264 calls for service for the period of Sept. 16 to Sept. 23. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 10,976 calls for service.
Summonses
Dennis C. Wadsworth, Jr., 54, of Union was issued a summons Sept. 17 for Failing to Stop for an Officer, on Upper East Pond Road, Nobleboro, by Detective Matthew Ryan.
Kimberly L. Faucher, 29, of Boothbay was issued a summons Sept. 20 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked - prior, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Brandon Maciuba.
Arrests
Nurmukhammad Rakhmonzoda, 27, of Apopka, Florida was arrested Sept. 16 on two warrants – one a Fugitive from Justice felony arrest warrant out of Florida for Grand Theft and one out of Waldo County for Theft – Class B, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Daniel R. Guaman-Caisaguano, 32, of Ashland, Massachusetts was arrested Sept. 18 for Operating under the Influence – 1 prior and Operating while License is Suspended /Revoked – OUI, prior, on Boothbay Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Kristen R. Lee, 28, of Jefferson was arrested Sept. 20 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Rockland Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Brandon Maciuba.
Accidents
On Sept. 19, an accident occurred on Barters Island Road in Boothbay involving Margaret K. Roberts, 63, of Trevett. Ms. Roberts was operating her 2011 Ford Mustang eastbound when a deer entered the roadway from the right side and struck her vehicle. Deputy Nathan Yeaton was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 19, an accident occurred on River Road in Boothbay involving Douglas G. Long, 79, of Weeki Wachee, Florida. Mr. Long was operating his 2018 Subaru Outback southbound when he observed a deer enter the roadway from the southbound ditch and struck it. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
On Sept. 21, an accident occurred on Mills Road in Newcastle involving Deborah A. Bartlett, 71, of Damariscotta. Ms. Bartlett was attempting to park her 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt when her foot slipped off the brake and pressed the accelerator, causing her vehicle to strike Linda B. Verney’s 2015 Jeep Renegade and Kerwin Creamer’s 2011 Ford Focus, which were both unoccupied. Deputy Nathan Yeaton was the investigating officer.
