Midcoast Literacy is holding its seventh annual Readers Theater performance on Saturday, Oct. 24, 1 to 3:30 p.m., at Morse High School Auditorium, 826 Shipbuilder Drive, Bath.

Come see a live afternoon performance of “Mercy Watson to the Rescue,” “Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse,” “Bears Don’t Share!” and “It’s Raining Bats and Frogs,” all starring local actors. Before the show starting at 1, and at intermission, we will have face painting and craft activities inspired by the books.
