Music, Masts & Lobster Traps happens this weekend in Boothbay
The Maine Lobster Community Alliance (MLCA) invites the public to join in celebrating Maine’s iconic lobstering heritage and vibrant coastal communities at Music, Masts & Lobster Traps 2025, happening this Sunday, Aug. 24 at the Boothbay Railway Village Museum from 2 to 6 p.m.
This year’s event promises an unforgettable afternoon filled with live performances by Paddy Mills, The Ole Dustys, and headliners The Mallett Brothers Band, delivering an energetic soundtrack to the festivities. Guests can also savor fresh local flavors from Mere Point Oyster Company and craft brews by Mast Landing Brewing Co.
“Music, Masts & Lobster Traps is all about celebrating the people and traditions that make Maine’s coast so special,” said Kevin Kelley, Development Director of MLCA. “We hope folks will come out this Sunday to enjoy great music, great food, and show their support for Maine’s lobstering communities.”
