Please join us Wednesday, Sept. 30, 3 to 4:30 p.m. at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, Boothbay for a presentation on recently passed Maine Red Flag Laws with Margaret Groban. Groban will review Red and Yellow Flag processes, identify points of overlap and key differences, and walk attendees through court forms developed for Red Flag petitions. 

Groban is an adjunct faculty at the University of Maine School of Law, and retired federal prosecutor for the district of Maine and the National Domestic violence coordinator to the U.S. Department of Justice, and former Member of Maine’s Domestic Violence Homicide Review panel
