Richard F. McLellan, 85, passed away peacefully at home on Aug. 4, 2020 with his loving family by his side.

He is survived by two daughters, Richelle and Melanie; granddaughter, Katie; great-granddaughter, Quinn; brother, Captain Myron McLellan and his wife Barbara; brother, Roland McLellan; many nieces and nephews; and two fuzzy faces, Tutu and Maverick.

Richard was married to his high school sweetheart Gail for 33 years before her passing. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years proudly taking his family on worldwide adventures. He loved to fly small aircraft in Europe and Alaska and go commercial fishing with brothers Capt. Robert and Capt. Myron and nephew Captain Richard. Upon retiring from the military he worked at BIW.

He was the son of Albert and Dorothy C. McLellan, one of six children.

He was predeceased by his wife Gail, brothers Capt. Robert and Phillip, and sister Lois Lowens.
