"Earth Song" - Salt Bay Chamberfest 2025 Concert Festival -  A series of song cycles and musical works inspired by nature illuminate how living beings, across cultures and time periods, have musically expressed their perceptions of beauty, mystery, and the sublime in our natural world. The incredible musicians this summer include the Brentano String Quartet, flutist Claire Chase, mezzo-soprano Kate Aldrich, harpist Bridget Kibbey, and so many others. Four festival concerts will be performed at Lincoln Theater – Tuesday, Aug. 5; Friday, Aug. 8; Tuesday, Aug. 12, and Friday, Aug. 15. Great Art on Screen: St. Peter's and the Papal Basilicas of Rome  - (NR; 1 hour, 30 minutes) - St. Peter’s and the Papal Basilicas of Rome takes you on a journey through the four Papal Basilicas in Rome and their treasures: St. Peter's (one of the 25 destinations most visited by international tourists from all over the world), St. John in the Lateran, St. Mary Major and St. Paul Outside the Walls. Four majestic buildings – each with a precious papal altar, each a treasure trove of timeless works of art and a destination for millions of travelers and pilgrims over the centuries. Playing Thursday, Aug. 7 at 2 and 7 p.m. Tickets: $15 adult, $13 LT members, and $5 youth (18 and under).

CatVideoFest 2025 - (NR; 1 hour, 14 minutes) - The world's #1 cat video festival is back with screenings in theaters across the USA and around the world starting August 2025! Oscilloscope Laboratories presents CatVideoFest 2025, a compilation of the latest and best cat videos culled from countless hours of unique submissions and sourced animations, music videos, and classic internet powerhouses. Great for audiences of all ages. Each year, across the country, local theaters partner with nearby cat-focused charities, animal welfare associations and shelters alike — 10% of ticket proceeds from every show goes directly to local cats in need. 10% of Lincoln Theater's ticket sales will go to support Midcoast Humane, Edgecomb. Playing Saturday, Aug. 9 at 2 and 7 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 10 at 5 p.m.; and at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13 and Thursday, Aug 14.
