Julie Cromwell has been a REALTOR® since 1996 and is broker/owner of Cromwell Coastal Properties in Woolwich. She served as President of her local REALTOR® Council, the Lincoln County Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS® three separate times, the first in 1999, then 2017 and again last year in 2025. Over the course of her 30-year career, Cromwell has served as a director for the Maine Association of REALTORS® for nearly all of those years, and has served her local board, state level committees and task forces, and also for the National Association of REALTORS® with dedication and passion for our industry.  

She stays active in the Lincoln County area through her service to Midcoast Humane and within her area as a tax assessor! Cromwell makes her REALTOR® community and the Lincoln County communities better!  Congratulations, Julie on being named State REALTOR® of the Year!
