Dear Editor:

I am writing this editorial to endorse Stephanie Hawke's election to the Maine House of Representatives- District 89. District 89 covers the following towns: Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor, Edgecomb, South Bristol and Westport Island.

I have known Stephanie for 25 years and have seen her serve at many events and in many local organizations. She volunteers in positions that benefit others, more then herself. Her volunteer efforts bring improvements to veterans, businesses, schools, the fishing industry and nonprofits.

Stephanie is a person of integrity, patriotism, caring, and has a good work ethic. If that is the type of person you want representing your town, vote for Stephanie Hawke on Election Day. She will serve District 89 well. God Bless America!
