Veggies to Table Paris Sweepstakes is in progress
Non-profit farm, Veggies to Table, in Newcastle announces its third annual Paris Sweepstakes: Win a week in Paris and help end hunger in Maine.
Veggies to Table’s Sweepstakes is now live! The grand prize is a week-long stay in a gorgeous Paris apartment. All donations will help ensure that no one in our community will go to bed or wake up hungry.
“Almost 50% of local children rely on school meals daily, and pantry numbers are rising,” said Erica Berman, executive director of Veggies to Table. “Our work feeding our community is vital and timely.”
Veggies to Table is a non-profit farm, growing organic produce and flowers to donate to local people experiencing hunger and needing joy. With rising costs of food and living, USDA funding cuts to pantries and schools, and loss of jobs, help is needed now more than ever.
In six seasons, Veggies to Table has grown and donated 77,000+ pounds of farm-fresh organic produce and gifted 95,000+ joyful flowers.
Erica and her French husband, Alain, moved to Maine in 2012 after 20 years in Paris. They started Veggies to Table to fight hunger in their community. Over the years they have come to know and love the people they serve. These are hardworking individuals who live in crisis or poverty usually through no fault of their own. Erica says, “We are all an unexpected crisis away from hunger.” To raise much-needed funds they have hand-selected these fabulous French Sweepstakes prizes.
Prizes include a week-long stay in a gorgeous Paris apartment with balcony and panoramic views, restaurants, guided tours, and a number of French-themed gifts and experiences to bring you to Paris or Paris to you.
