The Wiscasset Church of the Nazarene will host Mike Everett on Sunday, Nov. 2.

Everett's history started at the Musical Wonder House in Wiscasset as the antique music box technician in 1982. While there, he used his skills to build the carillon. The bells were cast at the Lewiston Brass Works in Lewiston.

Everett machined and turned the bells on his own lathe and machined up the brass handles and welded the frame. The case was made by a cabinet maker. The unit was completed in 1990, and Everett has been playing it in churches ever since.
