In the District 1 congressional race, incumbent Democratic U.S. Rep Chellie Pingree received 522 votes, Republican Isaac Misiuk received 308 votes, and Independent Richard Murphy received 65 votes.
In the State Senator District 23 race, Dresden selected Republican Linda Baker with 370 votes, Democratic Eloise Vitelli received 321 votes, and Independent (Green) Linda Knapp received 204 votes.
In the District 53 representative to the legislature race, Dresden picked Republican Jeff Pierce with 562 votes while Democrat Peter Kent received 331 votes.
