In the State Senator District 23 race, Dresden selected Republican Linda Baker with 370 votes, Democratic Eloise Vitelli received 321 votes, and Independent (Green) Linda Knapp received 204 votes.

In the District 53 representative to the legislature race, Dresden picked Republican Jeff Pierce with 562 votes while Democrat Peter Kent received 331 votes.

In the District Attorney race, Dresden selected incumbent Republican Geoffrey Rushlau over Democrat David Sinclair. Vote totals: Rushlau 590, Sinclair 286.
