The following are final dispositions in the Lincoln County Courts from March 7 to March 25.Unless otherwise noted, all jail sentences are to be served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Hiram Sleaster, 35, of Portland had probation partially revoked for Domestic Violence Assault, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

David Shaw, 54, of Wiscasset, was found guilty of Disorderly Conduct and fined $100.

Roland Miller, 42, of Boothbay Harbor was found guilty of Harassment and sentenced to seven days in jail.

Dean Feltis, 49, of Monson, was found guilty of one charge of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, fined $400, and sentenced to two years in jail, all but 90 days suspended, and two years probation. He was also found guilty of a second charge of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, fined $400, and sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Jeremy Taylor, 27, of Wiscasset, was found guilty of Criminal Mischief and fined $100.

Amanda Mitchell, 29, of Bath, was found guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband and was sentenced to four months, and Violating Conditions of Release and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Nicholas Hodgdon, 21, of Boothbay, was found guilty of Criminal Trespass and sentenced to seven days in jail.

Dezarae McPhee, 21, of Boothbay, was found guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and was sentenced to one year in jail, all but nine months suspended, and 11 months probation, as well as restitution of $850.

James Burk, 45, of Jefferson, was found guilty of Domestic Violence Assault and sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but five months suspended, and probation of two years.

Peggy Bailey, 46, of Boothbay Harbor, was found guilty of Stealing Drugs, and was sentenced to two years in jail, all but 45 days suspended, and probation of two years. He also had his probation revoked on a count of Burglary, and was remanded to state prison for two more years.

James Ezzell, 34, of Wiscasset was found guilty of Theft, and was sentenced to state prison for two years, and ordered to pay restitution of $15,000.

Heather Manson, 32, of Boothbay Harbor, was found guilty of two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, and was sentenced to a six month and nine-month jail sentence, suspended, and a $400 fine for each offense.

Zachary Dunning, 33, of Edgecomb was found guilty of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, and was sentenced to six months in jail.

Phillip Cunningham, 48, of Damariscotta, was found guilty of Domestic Violence Assault with priors, and was sentenced to two years in jail, all but 90 days suspended, and two years probation.

 Ernest Patti, 33, of Brunswick was found guilty of Aggravated Assault and was sentenced to two years in jail.

Tucker Lewis, 22, of Boothbay, was found guilty of OUI, Attaching False Plates, and Failing to Stop for an Officer, and was sentenced to nine days in jail and had his license suspended for 150 days.

Roland Miller, 52, of Boothbay Harbor, was found guilty of Domestic Violence, Stalking, Criminal Trespass, and two counts of Violating Conditions of Release. He was sentenced to a total of 454 days in jail, with all but 120 suspended, and one year probation.

Tracy Kaler, 30, of Newcastle, was found guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and received a fine of $250, and was ordered to pay restitution of $34.99.

Ryan Murray, 24, of Wiscasset, was found guilty of Failing to Report a Motor Vehicle Accident, and was fined $250.

Zachary Dunning, 24, of Alna, had probation partially revoked for Gross Sexual Assault and was sentenced to six months in jail.

Philip Gregory, 52, of Boothbay had probation partially revoked for Possessing Sexually Explicit Material of a Minor Under 12, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Amy Lee Small, 42, of Bath, had probation partially revoked for an Assault on an Officer, and was sentenced to 21 days in jail.
