AUGUSTA — After a power outage caused the delay of Maine CDC data for June 22, the Maine CDC has updated its list of COVID-19 cases in the state of Maine.

Today, there are 2,971 confirmed and probable COVID-19 cases across the state, including 2,640 confirmed cases and 331 probable cases. 

Across the state, 2,409 people have recovered from COVID-19, while 102 people have died. The number of people hospitalized, at some point during their illness, across the state stands at 336.

Looking at hospital COVID-19 data, there are currently 27 hospitalized, including 13 in critical care and six on a ventilator. There are 139 available critical care beds out of 386 total and 262 available ventilators of 314 total and 434 alternative ventilators. 

By sex, 1,519 females have tested positive in the state and 1,452 males have tested positive.

In the Midcoast, there were no changes for the Knox, Lincoln and Waldo county data from the previous update provided by the Maine CDC. 

The below cases represents the number of full-time Maine residents who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to the Maine CDC. 

Each day, the Maine CDC updates its COVID-19 data on its website with the latest coronavirus numbers from across the state. Today’s update came at 2:15 p.m.
