The Lincoln Home welcomes the public to join former lighthouse keeper Ernest DeRaps from 3 to 4 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5. DeRaps will share a slide show of the years he and his wife Pauline spent on Monhegan Island Light, Fort Point Light, Brown’s Head Light and Heron Neck Light. He also has painted each of Maine’s 65 lighthouses and written a book with his wife entitled, "Lighthouse Keeping and Light Housekeeping."
