Case Manager Jeff Slack is the featured speaker at this month’s Diabetes Support group held Tuesday, March 8 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. For those interested in attending in-person, the meeting will be held in the Diabetes Education Classroom in the Wellness Department at Miles Hospital. The topic is CarePartners and Community Resources. Slack will be discussing how people can get their diabetic supplies for free and assisting with simple applications for Patient Assistance Programs with generous income limits.

The Diabetes Support Group meetings are free and open to anyone living with diabetes and their families. Meetings are held via Zoom (or in person for a maximum of four people) on the second Tuesday of every other month.
