High school sweethearts Marissa Lynn Hammond and Mitchell Cody DeCosta were married June 27, 2015, on the Sheepscot River in Edgecomb at the residence of dear friends, Stott and Bobbie Carleton.
The bride is the daughter of Greg and Diane Hammond of Wiscasset. The groom is the son of Randy and Marsha DeCosta of Alna. The matron of honor was Kelsey Hammond, sister of the bride, and the best man was Nick Hinkley, best friend of the groom.
Both the bride and groom were graduates of Wiscasset High School (2008 and 2009) and have pursued careers here in Maine.
