July closed cases

    These are the closed court cases in Lincoln County District and Superior courts for July. All information was provided by the Clerk of Courts. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

    Melissa Burnham, 59, of Bremen, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License in Damariscotta, fined $150.

    Albert Lawrence, 34, of Randolph, guilty of one charge of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in Damariscotta, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, with probation of one year; also deferred disposition for a second charge of Unauthorized Taking.

    Susan Doray, 35, of Wiscasset, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years, all but nine months and one day suspended, probation of two years, and fined $400.

    David McCranie, 33, of Wiscasset, on charges of Domestic Violence Assault and Criminal Mischief,  dismissed.

    Michael Welch, 52, of Newcastle, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, fined $500; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

    Ernest Truss, 52, of Biddeford, guilty of Failing to Report for an incident in Wiscasset, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 90 days.

    Cindy Farnsworth, 65, of Damariscotta, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, fined $250; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

    Nicholas Hodgdon, 25, of Boothbay, probation violation for a 2018 Domestic Violence Assault; sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation to continue.

    Zachary James Curtis, 30, of Bristol, guilty of Aggravated Operating after HO Revocation with priors, sentenced to jail for six months, license suspended for six years, fined $1,100; and OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to six months in jail, license suspended for six years, fined $1,100, for an incident in Damariscotta.

    Gareth Gordon, 51, of Rockport, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $150.

    Shawn Puckett, 42, of Newcastle, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended 30 days; and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol).

    Donald Jones, 71, of Wiscasset, a charge of Disorderly Conduct was dismissed.

    Faye Dowen, 29, of Wiscasset, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, sentenced to 18 months in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of two years. Also deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.

    Paul Lenzycki, 52, of Woolwich, deferred disposition for one charge of Assault and one charge of Driving to Endanger.

    Amanda Demmons, 33, of Brewer, guilty of Forgery in Damariscotta, sentenced to two years in jail, all but 21 days suspended, probation of one year. Also guilty of Theft by Deception with priors, sentenced to jail for 21 days. Deferred disposition for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument.

    Bret Keleher, 37, of Wells, deferred disposition for Obstructing Report of a Crime in Southport.

    Robert Harvey, 26, of Richmond, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures in Boothbay. Fined $250. Also deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

    Casey Leavitt, 28, of Wiscasset, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $400; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours. Deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with prior.

    Peter Young, 50, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 14 days, fined $500, license suspended 150 days. Deferred disposition for Operating a Vehicle Without a License - Conditions/Restrictions. In a separate incident, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 14 days, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days, and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours. Deferred disposition for Operating a Vehicle Without a License - Conditions/Restrictions.

    Kevin Joslyn, 42, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating a Vehicle While License Suspended or Revoked with prior, fined $500.

    Dylan Holbrook, 27, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol). Fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

    Jakob Crabtree, 21, of Falmouth, deferred disposition for two charges of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs in Edgecomb.

    Andrea Doray, 18, of Dresden, guilty of Disorderly Conduct – Fighting, fined $250.

    Kevin Lynch, 20, of Wiscasset, a charge of Failure to Register Vehicle was dismissed.

    James Robert Seeburger, 24, of Amber, Pennsylvania, deferred disposition for a charge of Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30+ miles over the limit.

    Thomas Yatsko, 73, of Dresden, guilty of Cruelty to Animals, fined $750.

    Donald Nash, 70, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating an Unregistered Motorboat, fined $200.

    Ethen Harrison, 20, of Phippsburg, default judgement on one charge of Marijuana – under 21 years of age. Fined $350.

    Brianna Ayres, 24, of Lewiston, deferred disposition for Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs in Wiscasset.

    George Markos, 30, of Bath, guilty of Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months, fined $400. Deferred disposition for Trafficking in Prison Contraband.

    Jonathan Dexter, 47, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Driving to Endanger, license suspended for 30 days, fined $1,000; and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol).

    Brian Pinkham, 55, of Boothbay, guilty of Burning Prohibited Material, fined $200.

    Shawn Reinhardt, 27, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to Androscoggin County Jail for nine months, all but 12 days suspended, probation of one year, fined $500, license and registration suspended for three years.
