“Maine has one of the richest and most fascinating food and drink scenes in the country. When I left Mumbai 23 years ago, I never imagined in my wildest dreams that Maine would one day be my home,” said Cherie Scott. “I knew I had to find a portal to share my passion for Mumbai and Indian cuisine and tie it to my deep love for Maine. I hope this podcast inspires listeners to explore the best of Maine’s food scene and their own culinary heritage.”
