Dear Editor:

Bill Maloney has served as chair of the budget committee for two years. This makes him uniquely qualified to guide our town over the next two years and beyond!

He’s a numbers man and knows what it means for this town to plan for responsible spending. Bill cares about our town. He recognizes not only how diverse the population is, but he knows how spending and raising taxes affects all the residents of Wiscasset.

Bill collects facts and analyzes them before making any recommended decisions on spending. To quote Bill, “We must look at what we need versus what we want.” That makes a lot of sense to this resident of Wiscasset.
