American Legion Post 54 in Wiscasset will hold a Memorial Day service at the memorial wall on the Wiscasset municipal building lawn. The service begins at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 26.

Post Commodore. William Cossette Jr. said the post will also take part in a flag-raising ceremony at Wiscasset Speedway on Sunday, May 25, at 1 p.m.

Veterans and active-duty military personnel get free grandstand admission on May 25 at the track on West Alna Road, a speedway press release states.
