A Portland man driving on Rabbit Path Road in Alna April 18 received minor injuries after he apparently failed to see a stop sign, Lincoln County Sheriff's Maj. Ken Mason said.
Abdulkadir Hassan, 21, was taken to Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, Mason said. Hassan was the lone occupant in a 2005 Nissan Altima when it passed the stop sign at the end of Rabbit Path Road, crossed Route 218 and came to a stop just into the woods.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident, which was reported at 8:28 p.m.
