Wiscasset High School Student Council sponsored a fundraiser for the  “Feed Our Scholars” program with the Wiscasset McDonald’s back on April 25. Both students and staff volunteered to work at the restaurant for the evening.

On Tuesday, May 14 Joe Breisacher, owner of McDonald’s in Wiscasset and Christy Owens, General manager presented a check to the Wiscasset High School Student Council in the amount of $175, which is 15 percent of the profits from the evening of April 25.

The “Feed Our Scholars” program helps to provide food to students all three schools in Wiscasset are part of this program.
