Tindal & Callahan Real Estate celebrates 40 years serving the Boothbay region
This September, Tindal & Callahan Real Estate is proud to celebrate its 40th anniversary of serving the Boothbay region. Since opening its doors in 1985, the company has become a trusted name in local real estate, known for its deep roots, long-standing relationships, and commitment to helping generations of families find their place along Maine’s midcoast.
Founded by Bruce Tindal, who has worked in real estate for over 50 years, Tindal & Callahan began with a simple mission: to provide honest, knowledgeable, and community-focused service to buyers and sellers in the Boothbay region. That mission continues today under the leadership of Jonathan Tindal, Bruce’s son, who purchased the company in 2020 with a commitment to preserve the firm as a locally owned, community-centered business.
“What sets Tindal & Callahan apart is the dedication, experience, and proficiency of our team,” said Jonathan Tindal. “We are fortunate to have brokers Karen Perkins, Mary Ripley, Jana Caldwell, Karen Roberts, Kim Hodgdon, and Emilie Hawke, whose careers have been devoted to real estate. Together, our brokers bring more than 250 years of combined experience, giving clients the confidence that comes from working with a team that truly understands this market and community.”
Over the past 40 years, Tindal & Callahan has represented thousands of clients buying and selling homes, cottages, raw land, and waterfront properties, all while maintaining its reputation for integrity and professionalism. The company has also played an active role in supporting local organizations and initiatives that strengthen the Boothbay region.
As Tindal & Callahan celebrates this milestone, the team extends heartfelt gratitude to the clients, neighbors, and community partners who have made the past four decades possible.
“We are honored to be part of so many families’ stories here,” said Bruce Tindal. “This anniversary is not just about our company—it’s about the incredible people and community that have supported us every step of the way.”
Tindal & Callahan looks forward to continuing its legacy of service for years to come.
