This September, Tindal & Callahan Real Estate is proud to celebrate its 40th anniversary of serving the Boothbay region. Since opening its doors in 1985, the company has become a trusted name in local real estate, known for its deep roots, long-standing relationships, and commitment to helping generations of families find their place along Maine’s midcoast.
Founded by Bruce Tindal, who has worked in real estate for over 50 years, Tindal & Callahan began with a simple mission: to provide honest, knowledgeable, and community-focused service to buyers and sellers in the Boothbay region. That mission continues today under the leadership of Jonathan Tindal, Bruce’s son, who purchased the company in 2020 with a commitment to preserve the firm as a locally owned, community-centered business.
