Veggies to Table hosts dahlia sale fundraiser to fight hunger

Veggies to Table is thrilled to announce that the Dahlia Tuber Shop is now open for 2025. A limited selection of 100% organic tubers are available in various stunning varieties. All tubers come from the beautiful dahlias grown on the Veggies to Table farm and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Plus, all orders over $100 will receive a complimentary dahlia tuber.
The shop is located at veggiestotable.org/dahliashop. Veggies to Table will begin shipping to growers in warmer climates as soon as possible, with shipments to Northern states occurring from mid-April to mid-May. In Maine, planting will take place in June after the threat of frost has passed.
Additionally, Veggies to Table is pleased to offer three dates for in-person pickup of purchased dahlia tubers:
At Veggies to Table: 27 Bailey Lane, Newcastle: Friday, May 9, from 4 to 7 p.m.
At Veggies to Table: Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to noon
At Coffee by Design: 1 Diamond St, Portland: Saturday, May 17, from 10 a.m. to noon
