When his evil nemesis resurfaces and Willa goes missing, the former radical scrambles to find her as both father and daughter battle the consequences of their pasts. "Inter Alia" - National Theatre Live - (R; 1 hour, 45 minutes - no intermission) - Oscar-nominated Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl, Saltburn) is Jessica in the much-anticipated next play from the team behind “Prima Facie.” Jessica Parks is a smart Crown Court Judge at the top of her career. Behind the robe, she is a karaoke fiend, a loving wife, and supportive parent. When an event threatens to throw her life completely off balance, can she hold her family upright? Writer Suzie Miller and director Justin Martin reunite following their global phenomenon “Prima Facie,” with this searing examination of modern motherhood and masculinity. "The Last Class" - (NR; 1 hour, 11 minutes) - American political economist, professor, author and social media sensation Robert Reich worked under presidents Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter, served as secretary of labor in President Bill Clinton’s cabinet, as a member of President Barack Obama's economic transition advisory board, and is known for his work on economic inequality and as a champion of public education and American democracy. "The Last Class" is a nuanced and deeply personal portrait of Reich as he reflects on a period of immense transformation, personally and globally. It is also a love letter to education. "Arabella" - The Met Live in HD - (approx. runtime: 4 hours, 12 minutes - 2 intermissions) - Strauss’s elegant romance brings the glamour and enchantment of 19th-century Vienna to cinemas worldwide in a sumptuous production by legendary director Otto Schenk that “is as beautiful as one could hope” (The New York Times). Soprano Rachel Willis-Sørensen stars as the title heroine, a young noblewoman in search of love on her own terms. "A Peace of Forest" - (NR; 1 hour, 27 minutes) - Encore and Theater fundraiser - Appropriate for audiences of ALL ages! This quiet wildlife movie, by Lee Ann Szelog and Thomas Mark Szelog, filmed here in Lincoln County. This first feature-length wildlife movie ever filmed and produced in Maine is a one-of-a-kind cinematic adventure. Viewers will experience the wild, peaceful and mysterious world that is filled with complex relationships and ways of wonder, celebrating the beauty and intimacy of wildlife in Maine with surprising, tender and exquisite interactions.
