As part of a special Father’s Day edition, Boothbay Register/Wiscasset Newspaper readers are encouraged to send in the “lessons learned” or advice from their fathers.

So email news@wiscassetnewspaper.com or news@boothbayregister.com with your name, town of residence, and a few sentences about the wisdom passed down to you from your dad. You can also drop off your contributions at 97 Townsend Ave., Boothbay Harbor.

Deadline for submissions is Sunday, June 14 at 4 p.m.

In order to include as many readers as possible, we ask that you keep your submission to 100 words or fewer.

If you have them, send photos as well (high resolution, please!).
