On Sunday, Dec. 18, Wiscasset Ford will be holding its first ever food pantry at the dealership on Route 1 in Wiscasset. Starting at 10 a.m. until the food is gone or 2 p.m., the staff will be handing out nonperishable food items to those who need a hand up.
Wiscasset Ford hosted the Boothbay Region Community Lunch Nov. 14 and recognized a need in the Midcoast for elderly and families with food insecurity.
Wiscasset Ford is happy to start this food pantry tradition and invite all who need, or those who know of a family in need, to stop by.
