Talk: "The Cell from Hell & Other Stories" begins at 6 p.m. at Ækeir Brewing, 111 Main Street (rescheduled from April 10. Join Dr. Greg Gavelis, a bioinformatician at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences, for a conversation about the evolution of the sea's weirdest and scariest microbes. This informal, ocean-centric speaker series is organized by researchers from Bigelow Laboratory. At these events, speakers will share their corner of expertise in the ocean, and attendees are encouraged to ask questions.
