The docks are in and the Wiscasset Yacht Club has officially opened for the season. We're inviting everyone to come to our open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 6.

As the club continues to grow, we are starting a sailing program in conjunction with the Wiscasset Parks and Recreation Department. Sailing Camp will be held from July 27-31. Morning sessions will be held for ages 7 to 9, and afternoon sessions are for youth ages 10 to 16. There is a possibility classes will be available for adults if folks are interested. A presenter will be on hand to describe the programs.

Come get acquainted with the friendly members of the club. Check out the new kayak rack. We look forward to meeting you. We have an exciting schedule of events planned for the season.

The Wiscasset Yacht Club is located at the end of Water Street.
