With the start of a new year, the Central Lincoln County (CLC) YMCA is announcing a new membership promotion “New Year, New You” to encourage you and your family to get fit, live healthier, try new activities, meet new friends and be part of a larger, impactful community.

With every new membership, each new member will receive a “New Year, New You” t-shirt. As an added incentive, start 2019 off by trying new activities with Healthy Living Bingo for the chance to win some amazing prizes! To participate, simply pick up a card Jan. 2 or later at the front desk and complete the activities listed on the card until you reach five in a row before the end of the month.

Once you’ve attained “bingo” the card will be submitted into a drawing. The grand prize drawing will be a one-year membership, second prize drawing will be a five-pack of personal training sessions, and third prize will be a Y Gear hoodie sweatshirt.

Activities to complete include a variety of healthy living programs like SYNRGY 360, walking laps on the track, yoga class, kettlebells, volunteering or a free nutrition consultation. This is a great way to try something new and stay active and healthy!
