Gail Marcia Lewis passed away peacefully on Oct. 13, 2022 in the Zimmerli Pavilion at St. Andrews Village, Boothbay Harbor.

She was born Dec. 24, 1940 in Winchester, Massachusetts to Albert and Esther Morash Craven.

Gail graduated from Melrose High School in Massachusetts. Starting as a very young girl, she spent her summers on Southport Island, eventually making it her home. She was a talented knitter.

Besides leaving behind some dear friends, she leaves her beloved cat Chrissy.

She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Janet Craven, and her husband Robert “Bobby” Lewis.

There will be no service, which was her request. Arrangements were made by Direct Cremations of Maine in Belfast.
