The next Diabetes Support Group on Thursday, March 27 will feature Meredith Spratt, a lifestyle coach and referral specialist at the Central Lincoln County YMCA. The discussion begins at 1 p.m. at the Wellness and Rehab Center in the Webster Van Winkle Building at 79 Schooner St., MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital - Miles campus in Damariscotta. The program will also be available via Zoom. 

In the March meeting, Spratt will discuss programs at the CLC YMCA that can benefit people with pre-diabetes and diabetes.  

The Diabetes Support Group meetings are free and open to adults living with diabetes and their families. Pre-registration is recommended due to limited seating and the need to provide a Zoom link prior to the meeting to those who cannot be there in person.
