Jeffrey Gottlieb has been hired by The First, N.A. as vice president, regional manager for Lincoln County.

Gottlieb graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and served 10 years active duty Navy as a pilot. 

He spent seven years as a financial advisor for Met Life before being recalled to active duty and served two and a half years in the Far East in counter-terrorism and running the United States portion of an Emirati Airbase. He recently served as the Yarmouth branch manager for Key Bank.

Gottlieb is a Naval Reservist, coaches middle school hockey and lives in Brunswick with his son Max. He will be based in the Damariscotta office, overseeing the bank’s four Lincoln County offices.
