Carolyn L. Sessler, 88, formerly of Amherst, New Hampshire, and Boothbay Harbor, died July 22, 2015 at the Hyder Family Hospice House, Dover, New Hampshire.

She was born November 23, 1926 in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of Frederick and Julia (Arens) Weich.

She enjoyed painting and boating along the Maine and New Hampshire coasts.

The widow of Jerry G. Sessler, she is survived by her four children, Gregg Sessler and his wife Chris of Dover, New Hampshire, James Sessler and his wife Sally of Laconia, New Hampshire, Julia Sessler of Dover, New Hampshire, and Linda Willette and her husband Steve of Bennington, New Hampshire; 13 grandchildren; nine (plus two more arriving soon) great-grandchildren; and her special sisters-in-law, June Weich and Bonnie Weich.
