The Cod Cove Inn, a 28-room inn overlooking Wiscasset and the Sheepscot River, will host the next Wiscasset Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on Thursday, Aug. 20, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The inn, located at 22 Cross Road, Edgecomb (at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and Route 27), has earned a reputation for comfortable, exceptionally clean accommodations; spectacular gardens; and was recently awarded the Trip Advisor 2015 Certificate of Excellence.

The four and one-half acre grounds include two gazebos, hidden gardens, beautiful landscaping, and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Every room at the Cod Cove Inn features a balcony or patio with water views and a private entrance. The inn is open year-round, and now offers pet-friendly accommodations.

Tours of the grounds, a variety of guest rooms and the inn’s public areas will be available during Business After Hours.

Hors d'oeuvres will be catered by The 1812 Farm, and beer and wine will also be available.

Door prizes will include a one-night stay at the Cod Cove Inn and Cod Cove Inn logo gear.
