Cody Beal, 21, of Damariscotta, was indicted on 11 counts of Class B burglary, four counts of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, one count of Class D theft by unauthorized taking, and six counts of Class E theft by unauthorized taking.

Christopher Gove, 21, of Damariscotta, was indicted on 16 counts of Class B burglary, 10 counts of Class E theft by unauthorized taking, five counts of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, one count of Class D theft by unauthorized taking and one count of Class D theft criminal trespass.

Michelle Heald, 38, of Jefferson, was indicted on one count of Class B burglary, one count of Class D criminal mischief and one count of Class D assault on or about March 13 in Jefferson.

William Curran IV, 42, of Whitefield, was indicted on one count of Class A sexual exploitation of a minor, alleged to have happened on or about Sept. 10, 2011, in Whitefield.

Tracie Bowman, 42, of Waldoboro, was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful sexual contact on or about April 1, 2003 in Waldoboro.

Dezarae McPhee, 21, of Warren, was indicted on one count of Class B theft by unauthorized taking and one count of Class D unsworn falsification on or about August 20 in Waldoboro.

Jonathan Weislogel, 43, of South Bristol, was indicted on one count of Class B gross sexual assault, on or about Sept. 17 in Damariscotta.

Karen Parker, 38, of Waldoboro, was indicted on two counts of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, on or about Sept. 12 in Damariscotta.

Mary-Catherine Tatlock-Wilson, 34, of Boothbay, was indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking and one count of Class D unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, on or about Sept. 17 in Boothbay Harbor.

Barbara Masterson, 62, of Belvedere Texas, was indicted on one count of Class C aggravated criminal OUI, on or about Sept. 5 in Wiscasset.

Sophia Swain-Stark, 23, of Wiscasset, was indicted on one count of Class C burglary, one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, and one count of Class D criminal mischief, on or about July 8 in Boothbay.

Shane Rines, 42, of Wiscasset, was indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, one count of Class C burglary and one count of Class D criminal mischief on or about July 8 in Boothbay.

Cheryl Swenson, 54, of Boothbay, was indicted on one count of Class C aggravated criminal OUI and one count of Class D unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, on or about October 8 in Boothbay.

Brent Verney, 25, of Jefferson, was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault on or about September 19 in Jefferson.

Christopher Mosher, 25, of Litchfield, was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband to a person in official custody on or about July 22 in Wiscasset.

Daniel Scott, 43, of Jefferson, was indicted on one count of Class C criminal OUI, one count Class E operating after suspension, one count Class E operating an unregistered vehicle, and one count Class E operating beyond license condition or restriction, on or about Sept. 19 in Whitefield.

Randall Main, 43, of Waldoboro, was indicted on one count Class C theft by deception, two counts Class D failure to pay Maine state income tax, and two counts of Class D failure to make and file Maine income tax return, in 2012 and 2013 in Lincoln County.

Class A, Class B and Class C crimes are all felonies while Class D and Class E crimes are misdemeanors. The maximum penalty for a Class A crime is up to 30 years in prison and up to a $50,000 fine. Class B crimes carry a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison and up to a $20,000 fine. Class C crimes are punishable by up to five years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

Class D crimes are punishable by up to 364 days in jail and up to a $2,000 fine while Class E crimes carry a maximum penalty of six months in jail and up to a $1,000 fine.
