Wiscasset Middle High School’s Mountain Valley Conference playoff baseball game with Hall-Dale High School in Farmingdale was postponed until Wednesday, June 8. The first pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m. The diamond is located directly behind the high school.

Wolverine Coach Gregg Wood said Tuesday’s ballgame was called off due to thunderstorms that were rolling through the area. The two ball clubs met earlier this season at Wiscasset the Bulldogs winning 12-1 in six innings. The Wolverines are a much-improved team since then having won four of their last six games.

WMHS finished the regular season at 8-8.
