A Friday deadline approaches. In observance of the Columbus Day holiday, all copy, press releases, advertising … you name it … for the Boothbay Register and Wiscasset Newspaper is due Friday, Oct. 7 at 4:30 p.m. The Boothbay Register office will be closed on Monday, Oct. 10 and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
