Local Realtors® are gearing up for their third annual blood drive, this year being held at the Wiscasset Community Center, 242 Gardiner Rd., on Friday, March 16 from noon to 5 p.m.

The American Red Cross has issued an emergency call for blood and platelet donors to give now and help save lives. Right now, blood and platelet donations are being distributed to hospitals faster than they are being collected.

Volunteers are needed to help by signing up to donate on this date. To scheduled an appointment, visit www.rcblood.org/appt, or if you would be better suited to help with registration or at the canteen once donors are done, that would be greatly appreciated.
