Midcoast Maine has a long history of volunteerism that strengthens our communities and empowers individuals. New Hope Midcoast, the Regional Domestic Violence Resource Center serving Midcoast Maine, is looking for volunteers who want to join our caring team, make a difference, and enjoy fun, community events. Volunteers will assist with clerical work and events throughout the year.

Sunday from 4-6pm at Brady’s the 5/6th grade boys basketball team will be holding a Community Dinner to raise funds for tournaments and travel. The boys themselves will be serving and bussing tables to earn their keep! Lisa Hallinan will be making haddock chowder along with great comfort food made by volunteers and parents.  This is a donation only event!

The gang at The First is hosting this Monday the 12th Community Lunch at Brady’s featuring a Luau theme. Everyone is looking forward to a great lunch with a lot of fun and fellowship. Know someone that doesn't get out much? Bring them along and help them get through the winter days.
