Camden Garden Club committee members joined Barbara Damrosch and Elliot Coleman for a tour of Four Season Farm this week. Meeting Barbara nad Elliot for the first time, they had an opportunity to hear about the nature of real organic farming and the value of four season planting. What a privilege to be up close and personal with these legends. One of the Club members, after having a chat about green houses was hear to say to Elliot, "It is so great to meet you. You have been my hero for 50 years." This comment was made by David Kibbe. whose intown Camden farmlet will be featured at the Garden Expo on July 17. Barbara Damrosch will be one of the key note speakers. Camden Garden Club guests will be treated to her gracious, warm, informal manner as she regals all with stories poignant and humorous from her new book, A Life in the Garden.
