Maine Performing Arts Company (MPAC)/Camden Ballet Theatre is thrilled to present Singin' in the Rain on Sat. April 11th and Sun. April 12th, at the Camden Opera House.

Perfect for the whole family—don’t miss this joyful, toe-tapping performance by these talented young performers! Runtime is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a brief intermission.

"This year we were excited to add a dedicated musical theatre course. Students have been meeting twice a week since September, working on character development and vocals," says Gabrielle Hymes, Founder and Artistic Director of Camden Ballet Theatre. "Our goal is to give students the full theater experience—from auditions and rehearsals to assisting with props, sets, and tech week. They are engaged in every step of the creative process." 

Addie Hamilton Heissler, Vocal Director and Greg Finch, Acting Coach joined the faculty this fall.

Maine Performing Arts Company, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is committed to fostering youth involvement in the arts through scholarship opportunities and theatrical productions. MPAC awards scholarships to students pursuing Music, Dance, and Theatre education through performing arts programs across Maine.
