Annual Easter egg hunt March 26 in Wiscasset

The Wiscasset Parks and Recreation Department is hosting our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26 at 11 a.m. at the Wiscasset Middle High School. Registration for the hunt will start at 10:30 a.m. at the track gate at WMHS. Our Easter Bunny will lead everyone around the track where over 6,000 eggs will be placed. The Easter Bunny will lead a countdown and all of the hunters will sprint onto the upper soccer field to collect Easter eggs with their Easter baskets. Special eggs will be distributed around the field that can be turned in for special prizes.
The Easter Egg Hunt will be held rain or shine, and is for ages infant through 11. Cost is $2 per child. You may pre-register for the Easter Egg Hunt by buying your tickets at the Wiscasset Community Center now. Pre-registrants will be entered into a special drawing which will be held at the end of the hunt.
